Help W/ Deleting Folders

Have a macbook. Using Whatsize to try and rid my computer of stupid downloads.

There are folders I recognize, like my music and movies and etc... But there are also huge groupings and wells of tiny folders with nonsense names holding I have no idea. Under User>Share there is a folder Man under it is Man 1, Man 2, Man 3, etc... What are these? Safe to delete?
