Help w/Facetime

Hey the first time I used facetime everything worked 100 percent. The next two times I used it whenever the person would reverse the camera for the back there face would freeze. We tried and retried it like 10. Then the next time he went to a really strong wifi and it did the same. Unable to see the back cam.

Here's the kicker, when I switch to my back cam he can see it but my little screen of me freezes.

any help or is anyone also getting this?

im not to sure, but maybe a hard reset might work.. also try going into settings, phone, then turn off facetime, then turn it back on.. hope this helps!

Thanks BMM, I turned facetime on/off and then turned me phone off and on! Whola back to amazing. I simply love this phone

glad to see it worked! its absolutely amazing. i am a lot more impressed with this phone after 48 hours of ownership than i was after 1 hour of ownership. facetime is great and it works much better than skype imo!
