I have a new LG External Super Multidrive DVD Rewriter(model # GE20LU11) ... It doenst show up anywhere when its pugged in to my mac book pro .. OS X 10 .5.8 ... contacted apple ... they made sure the setting were correct for it to recognize external devices... contacted Lg ...No help available till monday.. this device says mac compatible on the box... any ideas ... any help would be greatly appreciated...
