Help w/ MobileMe sync with office PC

I have set my MBP and my iPhone to sync, and now I want to add my office PC to the sync. How do I do this w/o having it override my iPhone and MBP data on the server? In other words, I want the PC synced to what is already on the server, not the other way around...thanks!
