Help w/ quality of video

Whenever I have finished with a imovie project it and Im trying to put it to quicktime....it always reduces it to 15 frames per second ...though....I want to keep it at the original 30 frames per second.....

I dont want the full quality cause it takes up too much memory

any help would be appreciated...

You'll have complete control if you go to 'expert settings'
