HELP w/ TETHERED BOOT

on 5.01, used redsn0w, went to extras, selected ipsw i selected iPhone3,1_5.0_9A334_Restore.ipsw.
Do the tethered boot, get the Pineapple, wait a while and it goes to the apple logo. then just stays there o.0.
the way it turned off was from winterboard, cydia Reboot Now thingy. left it for about 3 days ... now i tried the tether boot and thats what happens. should i restore or what? THANKS

PS. am i just suppose to select 5.01 ipsw for the tethered boot??

Wow, your phone has been sitting useless for 3 days and when no one responds in 90 minutes you violate MR rules and bump your own thread?

Common sense says restore your phone and you point to the 5.0 ipsw.

I am amazed how people are so lazy nowadays. It's 5.0.1. You should just leave your iphone there for another year and come back then we will help you.
