Help! Want to buy the 7 Plus

I have a question that I hope some of you could answer. I got the Iphone 7 free offer through apple.com through ATT next every year. I already turned in my other device to start receiving the credits. However, I have realized that I want the Iphone 7 Plus. Could I sell the iphone 7 on ebay and still receive the credits or does the phone have to be tied to the account for me to receive the credits? I want to sell it to buy the Plus. I am still in the 14-day return window but don't know what to do. Thanks in advance!

I doubt you would get your device back. Best bet is to return it and put in an order for a Plus. Go get yourself a $149 5S from Walmart in the meantime.

I called ATT and they said if I exchanged the phone to give them a call and it wouldn't affect my monthly credits!!
