I dug this A1342 up from our computer. The problem with it was water was spilled around the power button/underside video cable was burnt a little, I replaced the flex cable from the monitor to board but i have problems getting the Cam to work. 1 row of backlight LEDs dose not work will fixing this component fix the cam do you think?

i need to know what that little burned part was so i can put a replacement back on it

I put a multimeter to the pads next to it and i found 5v on it could this be the usb power to the webcam?
