Help what component is this on the logic board?

I dug this A1342 up from our computer. The problem with it was water was spilled around the power button/underside video cable was burnt a little, I replaced the flex cable from the monitor to board but i have problems getting the Cam to work. 1 row of backlight LEDs dose not work will fixing this component fix the cam do you think?

i need to know what that little burned part was so i can put a replacement back on it

it should work fine now i shared it with google and it was set to only me able to see it. thanks for letting me know it did not work

I put a multimeter to the pads next to it and i found 5v on it could this be the usb power to the webcam?

Is this an 820-2567 or an 820-2877? Does the other end of this have 100% continuity to ground?
