I am so confused with the iphone...
I live in italy and i can't find one yet...
My question is witch Iphone sould i buy???
Should i wait until i find one in a store or should i buy one used with the 1.1.4 upgrade???
What is the differnce???

Do you need a 3G iPhone or would a 2G suit your needs?
If you buy one in a store it's going to be the 3G iPhone running firmware 2.0
The difference is that with 2.0 you are able to legally download and install apps for the iPhone from the App Store

Headphone jack is flush

Old iPhone:
Recessed headphone jack (must use an adapter for headphones)


Those are the only differences, the rest are software which you can get by upgrading to 2.0.

iPhone 3G 16GB is better. If you are limmited on money and on a budget buy unlocked iphone 16GB
P.S. 8GB and 16GB iphones are exactly the same in size and weight. 16GB has more memory.

I found the unlocked ones the costo more than the ones that you find in the store???
Or is there any difference that i cant see???
What makes me confused is why should i buy a unlocked used one at the same price of a new 3g one in the store???

because that is the only feature that that the 16GB has over the 8GB, more storage.
