Okay, I had been having all sorts of problems with my early 2011 MacBook pro, where it would say no hardware installed. I came to find out it was the antennas in the screen causing the problems. I took my MacBook apart to take a look at what I could find. I eventually got the WiFi up and running....
This is when the problem started. As I went to put everything back together one of the antenna plug adapter things broke off the antenna wire, which is not a huge deal because I found a new wifi antenna for around 30$. The bigger problem happened when I went to plug back in the screen data cable a few on the parts of the left side of the plug bent, I tried to bend them back and they broke off. now my screen won't work at all. Is there any way to fix this or a place to get the new cable? I really need my MacBook for class and this is KILLING ME! last time I try a project on my own!
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
I tried to upload pictures, but it always fails.
