I just ordered a second 23" monitor for my powermac g5. My video card is the Geforce FX 5200. Any idea what kind of adapter I need to get? Thanks

So you have two 23" Apple displays? You now need a vga-dvi adapter. One should have come with your G5.

I don't think so. His PM probably shipped with a DVI (I) to VGA adapter. This only works one way : DVI -> VGA. VGA -> DVI (D) adaptors are a lot more expensive as they have to re-encode the signal from analoge to digital. I believe that Apple monitors only accept DVI-D signals so the cheap option will not work.

I got the adapter needed and now it works, but now my computer seems really slow =/

The 5200 is a horrible video card. You definitely need to upgrade it if you are running 2 23" displays.
