Help with 4s Volume

Today I just recently noticed an issue with the volume on my 4s.

When playing games (Jetpack Joyride) the volume will turn on and off randomly. The phone isnt on silent and no settings have been changed.

This also occurs with normal sounds as well.

Any clue as to what to do? Im running iOS 6.0.1
