5ghz network is not visible on any device (rMBP, Apple TV 3).

I attached some screenshots of the settings Airport Extreme Wi-Fi in the Airport Utility 6.3 and 5.6.1.

The strange thing is that in the select list of channels for 5GHz channels 1-13 are displayed. This started happening after the first hard reset. However, if you do not change the value from Automatic, then Airport Utility 5.6.1 shows that channel 36 is used for 5GHz. If at least one time to change the value to any number (1-13), after setting the value to Automatic, Airport Utility 5.6.1 shows that the 1st channel is used for 5GHz. After a hard reset again displayed channel 36. Notice that there is no 5GHz MAC address in the Airport Utility 5.6.1.

I used the Airport Utility 6.3 on the Mavericks and the Airport Utility 6.3 and 5.6.1 on the Mountain Lion 10.8.4. I do a hard reset several times with the button and use the Airport Utility. Rolls back to the Airport Extreme firmware 7.6.1 and upgrade to 7.6.3. Nothing helps.

Thanks for any help!
