Help with 8800gt flash in 1,1 Mac Pro

I have had a dell for about 2 years with a PNY 8800 GT with no power adapter and decided i wanted to replace my mac pros x1900. I have the zeus tool but not sure where to start or where to get the most current rom for it. Any help would be much appreciated.
