Bit of background, i registered with itunes music store last week to purchase the Ricky Gervais season2 ep01 podcast. All went fine and i got my file. I transfered it to my ipod and it won't play, whenever i select it the ipod jumps back to the main menu. I had a similar problem with one of the enhanced podcasts from the first series so just downloaded the mp3 version, there wasn't an option for that this time.
The ipod is fully functional, plays AAC files and is uptodate with it's firmware (1.5). My itunes is also uptodate. I have done everything the support site suggested, restoring, re-authorising, re-setting... but still no go.
I sent an email to itunes music-store support exactly a week ago and all i've got back is an acknowledgement and a survey to find out how well their help team are doing (you can imagine what i wrote
).
Is there some way to get these files working on my ipod and are itunes music store support usually this s***?
