My colleague at work is having difficulty accessing our free public WiFi at work on her new iPhone 4S. I have no problem using it on my iPhone 4.
When she connects to the WiFi in Settings the login page pops up and before it loads she gets:
"Error Opening Page
Hotspot login cannot open the page because
too many redirects occurred"
I've searched everywhere and tried most things to resolve the problem, including restarting the phone and resetting network settings. So far I've stopped short of suggesting a restore.
She's on T-Mobile UK, although that shouldn't make a difference and the same problem happened in Airplane Mode with WiFi switched on.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks.
