Help with Accessing work internet

Hello,
Trying to figure out why I cant access work wifi any longer. (have a good idea but trying a work around)

When accessing the internet a certificate pop up window comes up directing you to another site to log in. In the past I have had no issues. Last week I downloaded Limewire. I think from doing this I have been blocked. Im using one of my mac book pros at the moment on their wifi but when attempting to open safari on other mac book it states not accessing the internet. I have cleared all cookies but wondering if I need a new IP address or something.

Any suggestions
