Hopefully someone can help.

I've moved to iCab and am trying to block google ads with custom filters.

I've tried *googlesyndication* and several variants.

Could someone with iCab advise?

Here's a site I can't Suss:

www.theforce.net

Yeah, yeah, it's a Star Wars site, but it's a good example of really egregious and obtrusive google ad placement.

Thanks for any help!

Wow, after all the positive buzz I've read on here for iCab, no one has a clue about this? Bummer :(

Having trouble with this recently, around the time I upgraded to iOS 7 and the iCab update that came with it Google Ads are no longer blocked when searching Google?

Have you sent a note to the iCab team? When I was having an issue with a website loading, I sent them a note about it. They responded the next day that they were able to replicate the issues and a fix would be in the next revision....and it was!
