iPod touch Help with Address Book

i was changing my theme to Vista Perfection 2 and it suddenly "dissapeared" and i cant find it. I SSH into my ipod and it is still there.

can someone help so i can see it again in my home screen ?

i would either reinstall the addressbook.app or restore using itunes
