Help with App (Clear) not installing via AppStore on Mini

I'm trying to have Clear installed and synced (through iCloud) on three iDevices (iPhone, iPad and Mini). Works with two of the three, but if I install the app through iTunes on my Mac, it won't sync and has old data on it (to dos, etc.). If I try to install the app directly through the App Store on the mini, it constantly hangs up and just stays "waiting".

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
