Ok i am sending my friends iPod Touch in for her (it was mine until i got a 3G) but i got the box and went online to FedEx.com to schedule a pickup and it says i need an account number and i don't know where i can find it. And the instructions Apple sent me is no help because they told me to call DHL and the label says FedEx on it.
 
You know what to do: Call Apple Customer Service to straighten the situation out with them before proceeding any further. This will lead to some delay, but better to confirm everything is in order with Apple than have some mix-up that may lead to the loss of your iPod Touch.

That's an excellent question! I'm expecting a new MBP battery and the MagSafe adapter tomorrow morning @10:30AM. I reviewed my email and I noticed two separate Tracking Numbers, and two separate Reference Numbers, and no sign of the Account Number. AppleCare phone call at 6:00AM to find the answer...:confused:
