I just bought the Auto 3G app from Cydia after hearing it was a must have app for saving battery life. However when my phone has been idle for a while and auto 3g kicks in, when I unlock the carrier logo disappears for about a minute and I have no signal in this time. This means that any phone calls that I answer are cut off and it means I cannot quick reply texts as fast as I would like to. I have tried playing around with the settings but nothing seems to fix this. Does anybody have any ideas?

Gotta agree.
One of the first apps I tried and although it works it takes an age to come back on after unlocking, after having it on for about 5 hours I removed it from my phone.
Really not sure it would have made a massive difference in the long run just heard a lot of talk about it when it first came out
