Hey guys,

Just wondering if someone could help me out. I've searched the web and have found basically the opposite of what I want. If I were more experienced, I could probably adapt these scripts to what I need. However, I know almost nothing about this type of thing. I've used the basic Automator functions with great success, but it seems like this is more complicated.

So here's the situation. I have about 400 video files that I want to trim and just keep the first and last 10 seconds of them, saving new versions, leaving the original files untouched. Like I said, I've found scripts for the opposite where it will trim the beginning and end and leave the middle, but it doesn't really help me.

Can someone lend a hand? Fair warning, if you do decide to help, I'll need instruction on how to even run the script as I'm not even sure how to do that.

Thanks!
