Ok, so I don't know if this exist or not, but I need help listening to music (via iphone) at work that is discreet as possible. The perfect thing would be to have something like Apples first Bluetooth that they sold with the iPhone (except it couldn't do the music it was calls only). I know you really need two earbuds to get the "stereo" effect, but all I require is a tiny earbud (for one ear) that is wireless and I can listen to music on my iPhone with. Thanks everybody!!

I have a Jawbone Icon this headset will do what you're looking for. It's small, shows its battery level on the iPhone's screen when on and paired, and has the A2DP Bluetooth profile that lets you listen to music through it as well.
Another vote for Jawbone from me. I have the Jawbone Icon as well and it is great for listening to music in an office environment.
