Help with bluetooth pls! Blackberry Pearl sync w/ macbook

I can receive files from my macbook but I cant send music/pics files from my BB pearl to my macbook. They're paired up but it always says "Failed to find service"

Please help. what am i doing wrong?
 
i have cingular/att.... they're paired up.... when i try clicking "browse" option on mac, it just keeps browsing my BB, it'll say "1 found" then turn to 0, and just keep going back and forth

i tried using USB to get my files but i'd need to install BB's software which i think is incompatible with mac
