I got a notification regarding a Botnet infection on a device. Internet provider did not have a program to assist with Mac users.
What program can I use to check any Macs, and iPads/iPhones for any virus or malware?

Did the notification inform you of a botnet infection and then provide ways or links to click to remove the infection? If so it is likely fake - the solutions provided will likely cause your device to actually become infected.. the initial notification was just a scare tactic to scare you into doing something that you wouldn't have otherwise done. Think about it, your operating system isn't going to inform you that you've just become part of a botnet. A hacker isn't going to do that either, they want to remain hidden. Apple certainly isn't going to send you that type of notification.

I'm with chabig.. it's a scam, ignore it.

It was from my ISP. I called them and they confirmed they got that notification.

I read that malwarebytes isn't all that great?

How did you get the notification? In the Notification Center on your Mac?

They got it how and from whom?

A botnet most likely infects your router, not your Mac.

How did your ISP notify you? Did they sent you an email? Do you know for certain it was from your ISP? Did they recommend any actions, or just write, “Oh no! Oh no! We’re all gonna die!!” ?
