Right now, I really don't want to pull out another PPC machine to burn a disk with Toast, so is there anyway I can burn a bootable OS 9 ISO onto a CD from my Intel Mac?

Man, I am in a bad pickle. I only have one other os 9 machine to make the disk on, dang.

Try this…

Make a disk image of CD size with HFS+ formatting. Copy all the stuff in the ISO to the disk image. Eject the disk image, then use Disk Utility to burn the DMG.

There's nothing special about making a OS9 disk bootable. If it has a System folder on it, it can boot off it.

I had no issues just using Disk Utility(in Mavericks on my Macbook Pro) to burn an OS 9.2 ISO to a disk. I then had no trouble subsequently booting any of my computers that can boot 9.2 from that disk.
