Help with Canon PowerShot A560!!!!

Ok so I have a Canon PowerShot A560, and the photos copy over just fine to iPhoto when I hook up via USB. But I cannot get videos to come off of the camera to my Mac OSX! It is very annoying if anyone could tell me how to import/upload whatever with them, that would be great.
