Help with Chrome and Flash Macromedia

I cant run Flash animated websites...but when I go to Macromedia page it says my Chrome version is the last one and i see their animation
If I go to aboutlugins page, everything is ENABLED

what's wrong???? any idea?

btw I have a new 13RMBP and I am new to mac world...

it says Impossible to load RE plugin
but i see everything enabled

Sorry guys i forgot to add:
Chrome: latest version, downloaded yesterday
OS: I bought a mac retina, so it's latest Apple OS, i ignore the number

the point is that the REAL PLAYER IS installed, but for some reason it doesnt work with Chrome. While it does work with Safari!
