Help with connecting 16" MacBook Pro to external monitor

Hi there,

I have recently bought a 16" MacBook Pro and it won't connect to my monitor via a Kensington SD4600p Docking Station. My old 13" MacBook Pro connects fine. Any idea why this wouldn't be working? Anything to do with the updated graphics card?

Did you install the driver for your dock? It almost certainly will not function until you install the software.
