Help with Connecting RavPower FileHub Plus to Mac

I have the RAVPower Filehub Plus (WD03). When I try to set it up on my computer, I can't seem to get it to "mount" in the share devices in the Finder. I get this error message. The drive is connected to the internet. I am not a network guru. Any help on this is appreciated.
