Hi all, I am developing my first application, and have been reading bits and pieces regarding litigation taken on various accounts due to some type of 3rd party software being used when having an app developed. I have absolutely no idea what this is referring to, can someone here please educate me as to what this is, what I need to look out for, and what needs to be placed in the contract to protect myself against this.

Also, are there any steps I need to take with regards to language dealing with the End User License Agreement. I'm not well versed in exactly what this is or what I need to do to address it legally when drafting up a contract. If someone could please shed some light I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
