Kinda need some help from a CSS guru! New to web coding, sorry if this is completely basic!

For some reason, the images of the rounded rectangles on the right are affecting the location of my navigation on the left.

You'll notice that if I delete two of the images, reducing the amount of vertical space it takes up, then the nav comes back up.

But I cannot figure out how to get the rounded rectangle area to stop affecting the placement of the navigation text on the left. :\ If anybody can help.... I'd love it. Any ideas, anything at all. Thank you :)

P.S. Dreamweaver btw!

Ok, I was wondering if it might be blatantly obvious to anyone!

Not sure if you meant the whole lot of code... But here's what I think may be necessary!

EDIT: Pulled out the code.
