Hi guys, im new here!
I have just spoken to O2 and explained to them that i am mid contract at the moments with a iPhone 3g 8Gb and that i'm fully aware im not eligible for a upgrade as such.
But when asking them if i could purchase a reconditioned 16Gb they were extremely dismissive and wouldn't even let me ask why!
Has anyone had experience where people have managed to do what im wanting to do? I even offered to pay for the reconditioned phone at the rate they sell them to people who are upgrading from other phones.
