Hi,
I am using Apple dictation to automate as much of my work as possible due tendonitis in both hands. I am using a lot of custom commands to run self-made scripts. Overall things work really well, however I have noticed Whenever I use a custom command there is a 3 to 4 second delay before I can use another command.
Whenever using custom(self made) commands anything that is said in the next 3 to 4 seconds after the command is executed is always dictated as text, It does not launch the associated command.
For example the first time I say "click" It will do the associated script to execute a left mouse click. If I say click again within 3 to 4 seconds It'll either type out the word "click" or do nothing.
This is not the case when native apple dictation commands are used (eg: "show numbers", "Click File Menu"). You can say them one command after another with very little delay and they're all executed properly. I am using 10.12.6.
Is there anyway to make the custom commands behave like this as well? Thanks for the help.
