iPad Help with dividing videos up into groups, please

Normally, I import all my video/movie files into itunes, then connect my iPad to my PC and sync the videos to my iPad. They all then appear under TV > Home Videos as one large library.

What I'd like to do is separate them into 2 groups, for example, a Christmas Group and a Thanksgiving group so that I can easily find videos by category.

What's the best way to accomplish this?
