Ok, I am trying to OC my 1st gen eMac, and I can't get the CD casing out of the way to access the jumpers to OC it. Is it possible to leave that bracket in and still OC my eMac? (no soldering, just jumper removal), last, do you get the CD drive out by pulling it out the top, or through the front of the computer? Because it seems to be hitting something when I attempt to remove it. Thanks.

Nope, gotta expose the motherboard. Those jumpers are small, nearly invisible bastards.

Remove the bracket, and the CD drive comes out the front.
