Help with .exe

I had an MRI scan & they gave me the imageson an .exe program

Anyone know how I can open it to look on my imac. I've searched the web & can't find anything

Have you not got a Windows pc anywhere?

.exe is a Windows app. You have to run it in Windows OS.
