Windows Help with Fallout 2 wineskin wrapper.

I downloaded a Fallout 2 wrapper from www.portingteam.com and I'm having trouble getting it to work. I bought Fallout 2 from Steam and when I go to winetricks and try to select Steam and run it, I get the error that Steam cannot run Windows 95, 98, or ME. I have no idea what to do.

In Wineskin.app in advanced under tools, run winecfg and change the windows
Version that is being reported
