I was using my fifth gen iPod today and it stopped working. The screen went black. I dont know whether it was out of batteries or not. I connected it to my computer and it is still black. It is making a hissing noise if i put it up to my ear and listen carefully. Is my iPod dead? If it is not, how can I fix it
