My imac is beautiful and overall I love the 27 inch screen and am learning my way around, but this week I pulled out the video camera getting ready for Christmas and all and realized ummmmmm how do i connect my firewire camera to my imac?

Are there any adapters or anything that will let me use my firewire camera and get the data into the imac? It's funny I never even thought about a firewire port till today when I was opening the camera and realized oh wait I don't have a standard firewire port!!!

Hoping this is something I can find an adapter or alternative way of getting my cameras content into the imac here.

Every 27" iMac has a Firewire 800 port. If your camera is a FW 400, use an adapter, like this.
