Help with Flash Element in HTML please!

Just took over a website from another developer and am having a little tough time with the flash element on the home screen. It seems to be in a different place depending on how big your screen or window is. The width seems to be OK, but the height is changing.

Does anyone have any recommendations for me? Disregard the "movie" playing on the flash player..

I think I might have fixed it...used a proprietary style in the index that was not in the CSS....
