I noticed in sublimetext that what ought to be orange colored text had green mixed in with the orange. I made a screenshot (PNG so lossless) to report it. But when I looked at the screenshot on my OLED tablet, I saw it was solid orange, no green. So the problem doesn't appear to be sublimetext. Tried in zed editor and saw the same.

I then opened the screenshot on my Mac, and sure enough the green was there. Resized the window to make it bigger and the green went away.

I have a Dell U2723QE 4K 27". I changed from 1080p to 4K native, different color profiles. Same results.

I just attached the screenshot and I see that the text is mostly orange. But that's because the attachment preview is zoomed in.

Can some people look at the attachment and tell me what they see on their monitor? And what monitor they have and what resolution? Also what happen when they download the image and look at it at 100% zoom.

Thanks in advance

Maybe your monitor is running in yuv420 mode instead of rgb. There was another thread somewhere here but I don't remember where.
