I work in a church that is half-PC/ half-Mac. Slowly, we are converting everyone to Macs but we have a ways to go in several aspects.

Here's some of the things we are waiting on:

1. Community calendar. We need a place to track all events going on in the church that everyone can view and make changes. Can iCal do that?
Also, for shared calendars, is there a way to for an assistant to control the same calendar as the pastor? Can both persons add, delete, and edit events on the same calendar and it be updated on both computers?

2. An exchange-like setup for email. Is there a way to create that type of an environment with Mail? Obviously, the PC's use Outlook with the Exchange server. Macs use Entourage, with limited access, right now, although we would like to use something else.

3. Until we get to the point we can get totally rid of Exchange, is there a way for us to allow all Macs and PCs to see the community calendar, share calendar access, and be on the exchange server?

Any help would be appreciated!
