Help with Greenpois0n

Alright, so I have jailbroken my iPhone 4 running 4.2.1 with Greenpois0n when it first came out. So I'm using the 1.0 version.

My question is this. . . should I restore and rejailbreak with the updated version of Greenpois0n?? Does it make that big of a difference?
