Help with HP Mediasmart LX195 v. remote access

i am having a lot of trouble connecting the HP LX195 server up for remote access. I have seen a couple of tutorials that show how to use port mapping, but nothing has helped. If someone could help me with my settings to enable remote access i would appreciate it
