Hi I am a new convert from MS office to iwork and am wondering how I could hyperlink files in Pages. I am able to hyperlink internet addresses but in Office I would make hyperlinks for files...

Is there a way in pages as well?

Thanks

Yes. You first need to create a bookmark at the point you want to hyperlink to. On the Inspector, click on the link inspector icon (to the right of the bar graph icon). Click on the Bookmark tab and create a bookmark where you want to link to. Then on the Hyperlink tab you set the link to point to the bookmark.

thanks for the reply

I am actually trying to link from one file to another...using the bookmark method I could only hyperlink within the one file...

Is there a method whereby I can hyperlink to another file?

Sorry, I totally misread your question. I've had a play with Pages and I can't see how to link to a file. Sorry I can't help with this one.
