Help with iChat video chat

I searched around and couldn't find anybody mentioning a similar problem.

I'm trying to set up a video chat with my fiancee through AIM. When we open the video chat, she sees and hears me...but I only hear her and instead see me. I've tried going step by step through the video chat as well as searching the forums but haven't found a solution yet.

I'm on an 2.6 iMac, she's on a MB 2.4

I'm using AT&T UVerse (not sure what type of router) and she's on a linksys router.

If your fiancee is hot, I'll by happy to try video chatting with her to see if it works for me

Seriously, I haven't used ichat since the rest of my family uses windoze. I have had pretty good luck using skype - you might try that out.
