Help with identifying SMD comp - 4R7 011S

Hey guys,

I'm trying to repair my 2010 15" macbook pro as a project and need help identifying a particular component.

As above circled in yellow: 4R7 011S

From my understanding, its an inductor 4.7uH, of series 011. Thing is I cant seem to find the same component on element 14 or rs-online.

Isit really an inductor? do Inductors have 3 leads?

Bonus Question: Is this broken component somehow related to the RAM slots? I'm getting 3 tones during startup.
