here goes,

my .Mac subscription ran out last week and ever since that whenever i open up Mail it asks me for my account password which i put in but it does not accept it which i didn' expect but then i realised i made my account a .Mac account instead of a POP one so its my fault. I deleted m email account and now thats stopped obviously. Here's the bit thats very annoying. About every 15 minutes a box pops up called "WebDAV File System Authentication"
and the message says "Enter your username and password to access the server at the URL http//idisk.mac.com/(my username) in the realm idisk.mac.com". I've put the correct password in but it doesn't accept it, it just keeps coming back up most probably because i haven't renwed my subscription and i dont want to, How do i get rid of this and the whole iDisk thingy as i no longer need it

Please help,
Matt

You probably need to turn off idisk syncing. In system preferences go to dot mac and then the idisk tab. There's an idisk syncing radio button.
